QUETTA: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Balochistan has arrested Syed Mir, the Director 3-A alliance involved in billions of corruption on Sunday. Kashif Qamar, the alliance’s chief is still at large in swallowing billions from the people of Balochistan.

“Major breakthrough, the Director 3-A alliance arrested”, the Spokesman NAB Balochistan said in a statement. He said raids were being conducted to apprehend Kashif Qamar, the chief of the alliance across the country.

NAB Balochistan had launched an investigation into one of the mega corruption scandals on public complaints. The alliance’s employees had collected billions of rupees and assured them profit in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan.

All of a sudden, the offices of the alliance were closed across the province

Some of the people managed to get some profits for few months. However, all of a sudden, the offices of the alliance were closed across the province.

On public complaints, the Director-General NAB formed an investigation team comprising senior intelligence officers to probe into the matter. Investigation proved a major corruption scandal, the NAB Spokesman stated.

NAB had already arrested five accused

In the first phase, NAB arrested five accused involved in the mega corruption scandal. However, now the director has also been arrested by the anti-corruption bureau. “NAB got the remand of the accused”, he mentioned.

It may be mentioned here that NAB has already filed a reference against 25 accused including Kashif Qamar in connection with Rs. 7 bs corruption in the accountability court Quetta.

Some became rich overnight 

Some people became rich overnight because of increasing profits by the company. Sources in NAB said the company paid increasing and repeated profits to some individuals to ensure its credibility and attract more customers. Although, the majority of the people suffered major financial setbacks when the company closed down all its offices across Balochistan.
