Former caretaker PM Hazar Khan Khoso passes away

Former caretaker prime minister, Justice (R) Mir Hazar Khan Khoso breathed his last on Saturday morning. He was 92 years old. Late Khoso admitted to a private hospital in Quetta after his deteriorating health condition a few days back.

Justice (R) Khoso served in important positions in Balochistan and on a national level. He served as the caretaker prime minister.

Furthermore, he later becomes a judge of the Federal Shariah Court as well and finally attained the position of Chief Justice in the year 1991. Khoso also served as the Chairman of the Zakat Council.

Mir Hazar Khan Khoso born on September 30th, 1929 in Killi Azam Khan district Sohbat Pur Balochistan.

He was appointed as a permanent judge of the Balochistan High Court on March 31, 1987, and as the chief justice of the Balochistan High Court on December 13, 1989.

Khoso also served as the acting governor of Balochistan from June 25, 1990, to July 12, 1990, and from March 13, 1991, to July 13, 1991. He retired as the chief justice of the Balochistan High Court on September 29, 1991.

His funeral prayer was offered in his native village Sohbat Pur on Saturday.
