Two judges sworn in as permanent judges of BHC

Two judges were sworn in as permanent judges of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Friday. Chief Justice BHC, Mr. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail administered oath to the newly regularized judges.

The judges who took oath include Mr. Justice Rozi Khan Bareech and Mr. Justice Abdul Hameed Baloch. Judges of the BHC, the lower judiciary, and members of the legal fraternity participated in the oath-taking ceremony.

The Judicial Commission (JC) had recommended the permanent appointment of two additional judges of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) on April 16th. Chief Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan, Mr.  Justice Gulzar Ahmed presided over the meeting of the JC.

The meeting recommended the permanent appointments of additional judges of BHC including justice Rozi Khan Bareech and justice Abdul Hameed Baloch. The meeting has sent its recommendations to the parliamentary committee about judges’ appointments for final approval.
