The novel corona virus has killed 92 people in Iran, Iran’s health ministry Spokesman Kainosh Jehanpour said on Wednesday. The number of corona virus affected people have reached 2922 in Iran, Mr. Jahanpour was quoted by AP news agency.
The number of corona virus affected people have reached over 3000 in the Middle East. However, Iran is the worst affected country in the region. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has dismissed the US offer to provide medical support to the country to cope with increasing cases of corona virus. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo had offered Iran of US support to tackle with increasing number of corona virus cases.

The corona virus has taken over 3200 lives globally with China’s mainland as the most affected area. WHO statistics said that the number of virus affected people has reached 92000 worldwide.
Pakistan has also stepped up efforts to battle the virus, which has spread all over the world. Pakistan has closed its borders with Iran and Afghanistan following corona virus cases reported in the neighboring countries.
