KHUZDAR: In the quaint Wadh tehsil of Khuzdar district, a mild earthquake, measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale, rattled the foundations of mud-walled houses on a serene Monday. Panic ensued as residents, unharmed but alarmed, sought refuge in open spaces across Khuzdar, Nal, Garisha, and neighboring regions.

Miraculously, there were no reported human casualties, offering a silver lining amidst the chaos. Levies sources confirmed damages to the traditional mud dwellings, prompting authorities to issue alerts for aid agencies to remain vigilant. The resilient community, though shaken, braced themselves for recovery, turning adversity into a testament of unity and strength.
