Quetta: Two Million families would be provided with Health card in Balochistan, Mir Ali Mardan Dhomki, the caretaker Chief Minister announced. The chief executive of the province made this important announcement in a meetup regarding issuance of Health cards in Balochistan.

Caretaker health minister, Dr Amir Muhammad Jogezai, Caretake Finance minister, Amjad Rasheed, Chief Secretary Balochistan and other high ups of the government were also present in the meetup.

Asfandyar Kakar, secretary health Balochistan while briefing the attendees about Health Card stated that almost 2 Million families of the province will get health facilities and be benefited from this program. The Health card holder families will be able to get hospital facilities in 1,200 hospitals of the country.

Caretaker Chief Minister of Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki said that a large part of the income of the poor people is spent on medical expenses, as a result of which poverty is increasing, expensive treatments are beyond the reach of the poor people.
