QUETTA: Four angry ministers belonging to the ruling  Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) signed over their resignations as a protest against the chief minister Jam Kamal Khan. The ministers include Noor Muhammad Dumar, Sardar Masood Luni, Mitha Khan Kakar and Muhammad Khan Toor Utmankhail. One female legislator from the ruling BAP, Laila Tareen has also joined the dissidents.

“We are being ignored in all official matters”, one of the ministers who signed the resignation told Quetta Voice. He preferred not to be named. He said the chief minister has kept all important portfolios with himself thus ignoring them in all key decisions.

“We all have signed resignations and would continue to protest till acceptance of our demands”, the minister said.

Despite repeated attempts, the official spokesman of Balochistan government could not be contacted to get his reaction over the issue of the resignation.
