DUKKI: In a tragic incident at Mande Tuck, Levies official Shamsullah, son of Nasrullah, was fatally shot by unidentified armed assailants, according to police sources. The officer, who hailed from the Kamal Khel tribe of the Nasir tribe, had gone to Mande Tuck Nale to celebrate a picnic with friends.

The armed individuals opened fire on Shamsullah and his companions, causing panic. Despite efforts to apprehend the attackers, they managed to flee the scene before police arrived.

The body of the deceased was promptly shifted to the Civil Hospital for post-mortem and further procedures.

Authorities have yet to determine the motive behind the attack. An investigation is underway to uncover the reasons and to bring the perpetrators to justice.

This incident highlights the ongoing security challenges faced by the region, as law enforcement works tirelessly to maintain peace and order.
