PISHIN: In a passionate address to a rally in Pishin, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the Central Amir of JUI, delivered a stirring message of defiance and unity, challenging the legitimacy of the February 8, 2024, election results and calling for a collective stand against electoral injustice.
Addressing the crowd as the “Awami Assembly,” Maulana Fazlur Rehman asserted his role as the people’s representative, emphasizing his commitment to their trust and support despite his prolonged absence from Pishin. He expressed gratitude for the unwavering faith of the people, attributing it to their shared struggle against electoral malpractice.
Citing alleged instances of electoral rigging in both the 2018 and 2024 elections, Maulana Fazlur Rehman condemned the manipulation of democratic processes and reiterated JUI’s unwavering stance against injustice. He rallied JUI workers to continue their fight for truth and justice, vowing never to relent in their pursuit of electoral integrity.
Drawing on historical and religious symbolism, Maulana Fazlur Rehman invoked the spirit of courage and resilience, urging politicians to prioritize the nation’s welfare over personal ambitions. He rejected the notion of internal conflicts within the political sphere, attributing discord to external manipulation by the establishment.
