QUETTA: In a concerning development, two fresh cases of the Congo virus have been reported in Quetta within the past 24 hours. The new patients, hailing from Jinnah Town and Kasi Road, presented symptoms such as fever, body aches, nosebleeds, and a rapid decline in platelet count.

Both individuals, Jahangir, 30, from Jinnah Town, and Shamail, 27, from Kansi Road, have been swiftly transferred to Fatima Jinnah Institute of Chest Diseases in Quetta for immediate treatment.

Congo Virus Cases On The Rise In Quetta
