Section 144 imposed in Quetta on the court’s directives
The government has made multiple efforts to mediate between the conflicting parties, but Akhtar Mengal has not dispatched representatives to two crucial meetings, the information minister stated.
He explained that section 144 in Quetta, mandated by the Balochistan High Court, has placed a ban on public gatherings in the city. The government is resolute in ensuring that major highways remain unobstructed, he mentioned.
