Chief of Haq Do Tehrik (HDT), Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman on Tuesday claimed only elites and powerful people were getting bail in the country. “No bail for a common political worker here”, the Maulana said outside the session court in the country’s port city. A large number of HDT workers and supporters were also present on the occasion.

Police arrested Maulana Hidayat ur Rehman earlier in January this year for inflicting damages to private and public properties. The charges were vehemently denied by Maulana and other leaders of the HDT.
HDT announces protest demonstrations on the eve of Eid ul Fitar
“My struggle for the rights of people would continue despite all odds”, the HDT Chief stated. He however reiterated that he would not seek any apology from the rulers. “I will spend more Eids inside the jail but would not seek any forgiveness”, he stated.
Police produced the Maulana before a local court in Gwadar with regard to the registration of the case against him. The HDT has also announced to a stage of protest demonstrations for the release of Maulana and recovery of all missing persons on the eve of Eid ul Fitr.
