Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo on Monday said judicial encroachment continues to cause delay in the execution of government affairs.

“Administrative and development crisis because of court’s decisions”, CM Bizenjo said in a statement released to the press. He stated “if courts are trying to issue stay orders in evey case, then, the courts should have control of the government as well”.

There has been an unnecessary interference of courts in the government affairs, the CM stated.

The CM has convened an important meeting with regard to repeated stay orders issued by courts, the CM was quoted in the official statement.

Chief Secretary Balochistan, Secretary Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Advocate General and Prosecutor General would participate in the meeting today (April 17).
