Buledi's remarks cause uproar in Balochistan Assembly

Syed Muhammad Qaseem:

Former senior provincial minister, Mir Zahoor Buledi’s remarks about chief minister Balochistan and the joint opposition caused an uproar in the Balochistan Assembly. The session of the BA resumed here with the deputy speaker BA, Sardar Babar Musakhail in the chair.

“There is a common notion that chief minister Balochistan sleeps all the time”, Mr. Buledi said. Home Minister Balochistan, Mir Ziaullah Langove rejected Buledi’s statement and said that there was not a single file of public interest pending before the CM.

There was an uproar and pandemonium in the house when Mr. Buledi said the opposition in Balochistan was the de facto government. Lawmakers from the opposition’s mainstream party i.e. the Balochistan National Party, Mir Hamal Kalmati, Ahmed Nawaz, and Akhtar Hussain Langove stood at their seats and criticized Mr. Buledi for his remarks.
