QUETTA: The additional Session Judge Saryab One, Mr. Aurangzeb Ghuman convicted four accused to life imprisonment after being found guilty in a murder case. The accused were also found guilty of other crimes, and they were charged Harjana ( the amount that the accused will pay to the victim).
Deputy Public Prosecutor Shadab Murri prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. According to the prosecution, the bailed accused Siraj Ahmed, Darkhan, Muhammad Rahim, Bahadur Khan, and the absconding accused Muhammad Amin, Saddam, Abdul Rahim, and Abdul Rahman were brought to the police station Saryab on October 28, 2020.
The accused attacked the house of Muhammad Rahim and seriously injured his sons Saifullah, Safiullah, and Asadullah through firearm weapons, later on, Asadullah succumbed to injuries.
The judge of the court sentenced the accused Siraj Ahmed, Darkhan, Muhammad Rahim, and Bahadur Khan to life imprisonment after being found guilty under Section 302 of the Criminal Code. They were also sentenced to seven years in prison, while under Section 148, the accused were sentenced to three years in prison and were fined Rs 5500000 per person.
