Muhammad Mudasar:

Well-known tribal leader, Haji Noor Khan Khilji formally joined the Pakistan Tehrik e Insaf (PTI) at a public gathering in the Nawan Killi area of Quetta. Former deputy speaker national assembly, Qasim Suri and other party leaders were also present on the occasion.

A large number of people belonging to the Khilji tribe also joined the former ruling party on the occasion. “I have decided to join the PTI”, Noor Khan Khilji announced while addressing a mammoth public gathering. The flags-waving supporters welcomed Mr. Khilji and chanted slogans in his favor.

The party leaders delivered stormy speeches against the present government and called it what they claimed ‘imported government’. “Noor Khan Khilji will strengthen the party in Quetta and Balochistan”, Qasim Suri, the former deputy speaker national assembly said.

He said his party stood by the people of Balochistan in difficult times and this is the reason that scores of people were joining the party every day.

In his address, Noor Khan Khilji vowed that he and his fellow tribesmen would leave no stone unturned while promoting the PTI in Quetta and other parts of Balochistan. “We will fight for democracy through this platform”, he said. The flags waving supporters of the party also chanted slogans against the present government.
