Balochistan spending Rs.40bs to 50bs on law and order: CM Bizenjo

QUETTA: Balochistan cabinet members announced to pay one month’s salary for the flood-affected people in the province. The cabinet also decided to pay one day’s salary to government employees in the Balochistan relief fund to support the flood-affected people.

Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo chaired a meeting of the provincial cabinet on Tuesday. Chief Secretary Abdul Aziz Uqaili briefed the cabinet members about the human losses and financial damages caused by heavy rainfall and floods across the province.

All cabinet members announced to pay one month’s salary in the Balochistan flood fund. The cabinet also decided to pay government employees one day’s salary in the relief fund.

The provincial cabinet directed all survey teams to ensure timely completion of the surveys of the damages caused by the heavy rainfall and floods in all 26 affected districts of Balochistan.
