Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Quetta on Friday morning. Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo, provincial ministers and other high-level officials received the Prime Minister at Quetta international airport.

Federal defense minister Khwaja Asif and others also accompanied the premier during his visit to Quetta. Shehbaz Sharif would chair a high-level meeting about the law and order situation and ongoing development projects in Balochistan.

Strict security arrangements were adopted by the administration on the eve of the Prime Minister’s visit to Quetta.

PM visits Command and Staff College Quetta 

Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif also visited the Command and Staff College and addressed the faculty members and students of the prestigious institution. Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa and other high-level military officials received the Premier.

Mr. Sharif also visited the Yadgar e Shuhada in the Quetta cantonment and laid flowers on the memorial in the memory of the heroes of the nation who sacrificed their lives for the motherland.

The Prime Minister arrived in Gwadar on Friday afternoon. Chief Minister Balochistan, provincial ministers and other high-level officials received the premier at the port city of the country.

The officials briefed the premier about the ongoing development project, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in Gwadar.
