A local court in Quetta has convicted two accused to six years of rigorous imprisonment for their involvement in the rape of a 13-year-old student. District and Session Judge Quetta, Dawood Khan Nasar announced the judgment on Monday.

The court also fined both the accused of subjecting the minor boy to sexual abuse. According to the prosecution, the two accused identified as Juma Khan and Shamsullah had subjected a 13-year-old minor boy to sexual abuse on January 6, 2020.

The minor boy was studying in class seven in the Brewery road area of Quetta. Police investigated the case and presented the challan before the court. The judge after hearing the arguments and going through the record convicted both the accused to three years RI each for subjecting the minor to sexual abuse.
