Blast kills one and injured seven in Awaran Balochistan

QUETTA: At least two people were killed and four injured during an exchange of fire between groups in the Killa Abdullah district of Balochistan on Friday evening. Levies sources said two groups exchanged fire in Segai area of Killa Abdullah district.

As a result of the firing two people were killed on the spot, whereas, four people were injured. The injured were rushed to Quetta for medical treatment. Levies termed the incident as a result of a tribal dispute in the area. The incident was followed by dozens of armed men coming to the Segai bazar. However, levies personnel reached the spot and took control of the area. Tension prevails in the area in the aftermath of the tribal clash.
