Chief Justice Pakistan takes suo motu notice after dissolution of NA

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Justice Supreme Court of Pakistan, Mr.  Justice Umar Ata Bandial has taken a suo motu notice of the political situation after the dissolution of the National Assembly on Sunday.

President Dr. Arif Alvi dissolved the NA on the advice of Prime Minister Imran Khan. This development has come after the Deputy Speaker NA, Qasim Suri dismissed the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan during the assembly session.

The joint opposition had submitted a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
