FIA takes charge of pedestrian movement at Pak-Afghan border Chaman

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has taken a charge of pedestrian movement at the Pak-Afghan border Chaman. The Director FIA Balochistan, Abdul Hameed Bhutto visited the Pak-Afghan border Chaman and witnessed formal taking over the charge of pedestrian movement at the border.
The FIA has deployed 60 officials at various counters at the border to check Tazkara (Afghan national identity card) and Pakistani cards. The cards would be checked through Intelligence Verification Access System (IVAS) and Integrated Border Management System (IBMS).
The Director FIA Mr. Bhutto participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the border and formally took over the charge of the movement from the Frontier Corps (FC) and Pak Army officials. The FIA has also transferred more than 60 officials from various parts of the country to make sure proper monitoring through IVAS at the border.
