CM Bizenjo approves promotion of 232 officers in Balochistan

QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Quddus Bizenjo has approved the promotion of 232 officers of Balochistan on Tuesday. Chief Secretary, Mathar Niaz Rana who is also the Chairman Selection Board had recommended the promotion of 232 officers of the province.
“This is a historic step”, the Spokesman CM Secretariat said in a statement issued to the press. The board had reviewed the promotion cases of officers from grade-17 to 19. CS Balochistan had chaired the meeting on November 5.
The CS had sent the summary for approval to the CM Balochistan on November 22nd. The CM approved and sent the summary to the CS for the final release of promotion orders. In the past, the CM Secretariat used to send the orders back to the CS without any solid reasons, the Spokesman asserted.
