Two killed in Pishin and Sanjavi firing incidents

At least two people were killed in two separate firing incidents in Balochistan’s Pishin and Sanjavi areas on Monday. Police sources said unknowns opened fire and killed Muhammad Qasim, a resident of Killi Faizo Pishin.

The angry protesters brought the dead body outside police station Pishin and blocked the road. The protesters burnt tires to vent their anger. They chanted full-throated slogans against the administration for its failure to protect the lives of the masses.

In Sanjavi: Armed men opened fire at a hotel and killed a person and injured another. The dead man was identified as Atta Muhammad. The injured was rushed to district headquarters hospital Sanjavi for medical treatment.

Police and levies reached the spot as an investigation into the incident went underway.
