4 terrorists killed in Bolan Balochistan: CTD

The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has killed 4 alleged terrorists in Balochistan’s Bolan area on Tuesday. Security forces killed four terrorists during an exchange of fire, the CTD Spokesman said.

The dead terrorists belonged to the outlawed Lashkar e Jhangive and Islamic State (IS), he mentioned. The terrorists were involved in a series of terrorist attacks in various parts of Balochistan province, he added. There was a head bounty of Rs. 5 million on the head of a terrorist killed during an exchange of fire, the Spokesman informed.

Terrorists were planning a major terror act

He said the dead terrorists were planning to carry out a major terrorist activity in Balochistan when killed by security forces. Security forces also recovered remote control, Kalashnikov, explosive materials from the possession of terrorists.

The dead terrorists also involved in the targeted killings of ethnic Shia Hazara.
