NAB court indicts Nawab Raisani and 8 others in a corruption case

A National Accountability Court (NAC) indicted former chief minister Nawab Aslam Raisani and 8 others in a corruption case. Judge of the NAC, Allah Dad Roshan indicted the former chief minister in misuse of authority case.
Spokesman NAB said the former CM’s order inflicted millions of rupees financial loss to the national exchequer. He said illegal action by the accused caused a financial loss of Rs. 817 million to the national exchequer.
Accountability Court Quetta Judge Allah Dad Roashan heard the case while Rashid Zaib Golara appeared on behalf of NAB Balochistan. As a CM, Nawab Raisani had approved the payment of the amount to compensate his family members for the damages in the Mehar Garh in a tribal dispute.

NAB Balochistan had completed the investigation against eight accused including the former Chief Minister of Balochistan and filed the reference in the accountability court after the approval of Chairman NAB Justice Javed Iqbal.
