Jam Kamal proposes a joint parliamentary board

Chief Minister, Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has proposed a joint parliamentary board to address issues relating to the senate elections. CM’s statement has come after the anger and reservations expressed by Sardar Rind.

The establishment of a joint parliamentary board is imperative to protect BAP and PTI votes in the forthcoming Senate elections. This is now important after the statement of PTI leader Sardar Yar Muhammad Rind, Jam Kamal said.

Abdul Qadir, a senate candidate

The ruling party PTI had earlier awarded senate ticket to little-known Abdul Qadir.

However, the party stepped back from its decision and awarded a ticket to Syed Zahoor Agha after mounting pressure.

The PTI leaders from Balochistan had addressed a joint press conference and overtly opposed the party’s decision. However, Abdul Qadir is now contesting the election as an independent candidate from Balochistan.
