Minor boy suffers burn injuries in Khuzdar

A 6-year old boy suffered burn injuries in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district on Wednesday. The reason behind the burn injuries of the minor boy could not be immediately known. “Minor boy brought to the hospital with serious burn injuries”, Dr. Javed Zehri, the Police Surgeon in Khuzdar told reporters. He said

The minor boy is under treatment now, Dr. Zehri informed. The minor boy identified as Amir Hamza, the resident of Baloch Khund, a neighborhood of Khuzdar city. He dispelled the impression about the sexual assault against the minor boy. Earlier, there were unconfirmed reports about subjecting the child to sexual abuse.

During the medical examination, no evidence of sexual assault found, Dr. Javed mentioned.

“Three accused arrested in connection with the incident”, Munir Alam Jattak, the Station House Officer (SHO) Khuzdar said. He said an investigation is underway into the incident and evidence collected in this regard. Mr. Jattak also contractdicted reports about sexual abuse against the minor boy.
