Funeral prayer of martyred soldiers offered in Balochistan

LASBELLA: Funeral prayer of martyred soldiers offered in Lasbella district of Balochistan. Seven Frontier Corps (FC) personnel and seven private guards of an oil exploration company martyred in a terrorist attack near Ormara area of Gwadar district on Thursday. The convoy was on its way from Karachi to Gwadar when came under the attack.

The funeral prayer offered at Awaran Militia Camp. A large number of the FC officers and jawans participated in the funeral prayer. The dead bodies of the martyred soldiers moved to their ancestral areas. The martyred soldiers belonged to various parts of the country. The soldiers were guarding a convoy of an oil exploration company when attacked by terrorists near the Ormara area of Gwadar district.

Terrorists attacked a convoy of a company: Zia Langove

Home Minister Balochistan, Mir Ziaullah Langove said armed terrorists attacked the convoy of an oil exploration company in the Coastal belt near Ormara. He said all staff members of the oil company remained safe in the terrorist attack. However, 14 security personnel including seven FC and seven private guards embraced martyrdom, Mr. Langove said.

Shahwani condemns the attack 

Spokesman government of Balochistan, Liaquat Shahwani has also strongly condemned the incident. He said the perpetrators of the attack would be brought to justice. Security tightened in the coastal belt after the terrorist attack near Ormara. Checking and patrolling increased in the coastal belt after the terror attack to maintain law and order situation.
