Prime Minister, Imran Khan on Saturday said he was personally monitoring corona relief funds to make sure provision of support to needy and deserving people. The nation would be provided details of the audit, the Premier said.

The Prime Minister stated that funds would be utilized in a transparent manner in the country. He iterated that the government would contribute Rs4 for every Rs1 donated to the fund which he said would provide “relief to the maximum people”.

Ehsas Program: 

Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced the launch of a web portal for the second phase of the Ehsaas cash programme. Speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad he said that the second phase of this programme would benefit those who have lost their jobs because of the coronavirus pandemic. “They should go to this website and register themselves,” he said, adding that those who registered would have to prove that they were working at some organisation and when lost their jobs.
