Pakistan to temporarily open its border with Afghanistan
During the temporary period, Afghans be allowed to enter into their country
Pakistan has decided to temporarily open its border with Afghanistan on a humanitarian basis at the request of the Afghan government for the return of its nationals. The Foreign Ministry in a statement said the border would be temporarily opened from April 6 to 9 for three days to allow Afghans in Pakistan to enter into their country.
The Torkham and Chaman border crossings will be opened for a specific period from April 6 to April 9 to facilitate the Afghan nationals’ exit, the statement added.
