Cases of coronavirus have risen to 1130 on Thursday across the country. Sindh has confirmed 421 cases of COVID19, whereas, cases in Punjab have increased to an alarming level. The populous province of the country has confirmed 405 cases so far.

The federal government has also directed to limit Friday congregations to contain the spread of coronavirus. Mosques would be open, moreover, Friday congregations would be limited to avoid the spread of the coronavirus, federal minister for religious affairs Noor ul Haq Qadri announced at a press conference on Thursday evening in Islamabad.

Balochistan has confirmed 131 cases of novel coronavirus and KPK has confirmed 123, AJK 85 and Islamabad have confirmed 25. The deadly virus has claimed eight human lives so far in the country.

Countrywide, the lockdown has been announced to contain the novel coronavirus. The Balochistan government has announced to suspend the road link between Quetta and the rest of the province.
