ISLAMABAD:  Prime Minister, Imran Khan addressed the nation on Tuesday night and asked the nation “do not be frightened” of the deadly virus. The Premier however cautioned that virus can spread if precautionary measures were not adopted to contain it on national level. The prime minister’s address has come after confirmation of 237 cases of novel corona virus in the country.

Imran Khan also warned hoarders that strict action would be taken against the elements involved in stocking the commodities.

The premier says that the government suspects that an artificial shortage of basic commodities will be created, which will cause prices to go up.

He warns hoarders against “trying to take advantage of public’s helplessness”.
