The novel corona virus has killed over 4200 people globally. Most of the deaths have been reported from mainland China where the virus was initially reported in late 2019. Over 115800 people have been tested positive for the virus that spread around the globe, prompting states to declare emergencies and quarantining their populations.

Cases in the US rise to 1000 as all states battle to cope with emergency situation.

An Italian woman has been unable to leave her apartment where her husband’s dead body is being kept due to quarantine restrictions, Giancarlo Canepa, mayor of Borghetto Santo Spirito, told reporters

The husband, who had tested positive for coronavirus previously, died Monday at 2 a.m. local time.

South Korea identified 242 coronavirus cases and reported six virus-related deaths Tuesday, according to the South Korean Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). South Korea has confirmed over 7700 cases of corona virus.
