Muhammad Mirmohammadi dies in Tehran hospital
In Iran, the member of Iranian Council that advises the Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khameni died in Tehran hospital because of the deadly corona virus on Monday morning . He is the first Iranian high level official who succumbed to the deadly virus in Iran.
Iranian State Radio confirmed the death of Muhammad Mirmohammadi, a key member of Iranian Council, which advises the Iranian Supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on important national and international issues. He was 71.
In Iran, the deadly virus has claimed 55 lives and close to 1000 people have been affected. Iran’s deputy health minister was also affected by the corona virus. The health ministry said his test were positive regarding corona virus.
