QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Jam Kamal Khan has directed the authorities to consult university professors and students with regard to development budget of the province next year. The Chief Minister  chaired a meeting of strategic planning for development program in Balochistan on Friday.

Jam Kamal Khan stated that next budget would be prepared in consultation with all stakeholders from government to civil society so that the development program could be inclusive rather than exclusive.

The chief minister was informed that 1607 projects would be completed during the current financial year. Among these  projects, 352 are ongoing and 1255 new schemes are there, the meeting was told.

During the next financial year, work was on progress  on 316 old and 518 new development projects in Balochistan. “Development budget would be inclusive not exclusive”, the Chief Minister directed the meeting.
